These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Ranch Pro, a cattle ranch management application provided at ranchpro.net ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Ranch Pro provides software tools for managing a cattle ranch, including individual animal records, herd analytics, pasture mapping and rotation planning, medical and breeding records, financial tracking, and reporting. The Service is delivered as a Progressive Web Application (PWA) accessible via web browser and installable to your phone or computer's home screen.
You must provide a valid mobile phone number and email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Ranch Pro offers free access during a 7-day trial period and paid subscription plans thereafter. Subscription pricing is shown at signup and on your billing page. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime from in-app Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
Program name: Ranch Pro Account Notifications
Program description: Transactional SMS messages from Ranch Pro for account verification (one-time login codes), password reset codes, account creation confirmation, security alerts, and important account notifications such as subscription renewal reminders. No marketing or promotional content.
Message frequency: Varies based on account activity. Typically less than 5 messages per month for an active account.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Carrier rates are not the responsibility of Ranch Pro.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS to immediately stop all SMS from Ranch Pro. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You retain all rights to ranch data you enter into the Service. We claim no ownership over your records. You can export your data at any time from in-app Settings. If you delete your account, server-side records are deleted within 30 days; data on your local device remains until you uninstall.
We work to keep the Service available 24/7 but make no guarantee of uptime. The Service is local-first by design, so most features continue to work even when offline. Server-dependent features (authentication, encrypted backup, subscription status) may be temporarily unavailable during planned maintenance or unexpected outages.
Ranch Pro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. The Service is a record-keeping tool, not a substitute for professional veterinary, financial, or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, livestock, or business opportunity.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that abuse the Service. Outstanding paid balances are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
